2,000 copies printed. This two-volume edition, one in Spanish and the other in French, comes with a slipcase.
The first book is a facsimile reproduction of the text (in French: Les vaincus du 5 mai) by French army chaplain Jean Efrem Lanusse. Beautifully written and illustrated, it narrates the defeat of his compatriots in the famous Battle of Puebla. The second book (both in large format) is the Spanish translation of the text by Marte R. Gómez, who also wrote the notes and the prologue.
