Pablo O'Higgins Etching La Carreta The Wagon 1966 Signed Numbered TGP
Etching on paper signed by Mexican-American master Pablo O'Higgins. It shows a study for the oil painting he made in 1966 titled "La Carreta" (The Wagon) which is part of the collection of Roberto Osoyo Alcala. It's a field where a worker is loading a sack into his wagon pulled by an ox. Numbered from an edition of 100. The painting is published in page 113 of the book "Pablo O'Higgins" by Elena Poniatowska and Gilberto Bosques. A print from this same edition is part of the permanent collection at the Utah Fine Arts Museum.
